Welcome to Emocean – Ebb N Flow
A gentle shore for your emotional tides
I created Emocean as a space I once longed for myself—a space where you don’t have to rush to feel better, where your pauses are just as sacred as your progress. Life moves fast, but healing doesn’t have to. Like the ocean meeting the shore, softly and without demand, Emocean meets you where you are—with honesty, with calm, and with care.
For me, therapy is not about fixing people—it’s about walking beside them as they remember who they are. I don’t believe in quick solutions or clinical checklists alone. I believe in presence. In quiet conversations. In creating a space where you can breathe, unravel, and just be—without pressure to explain everything or have it all figured out.
Because I truly believe—your anchor is already within you. Sometimes, all you need is a gentle tide to guide you home.

At Emocean, every wave of emotion is welcome. Whether you’re a student overwhelmed by choices, a professional quietly burning out, or someone who can’t name what feels heavy—you’re not alone. You are not “too much,” and you don’t have to be “better” to belong here.
- So come as you are.
- Float if you must.
- Drop anchor if you’re tired.
- I’m here. With you. Always.
My vision is simple: to offer a soft landing in a hard world. A place that feels less like a clinic, and more like a conversation by the sea. In the years ahead, I hope to expand this space into workshops, group sessions, and digital offerings that make emotional support feel natural, safe, and human.
About Me
My academic foundation was built at Mithibai College and Mewar University, followed by hands- on training through supervised clinical practice and internships across Mumbai. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals across all walks of life—students finding their paths, adults managing emotional overload, and professionals struggling with pressure or purpose.
What makes my approach stand out is my ability to see beyond surface problems. I understand that career confusion, for example, often carries emotional roots. My integrated lens allows me to offer therapy that meets the mind and the heart together—helping clients align their choices with who they truly are.
Beyond my practice, I’ve worked with NGOs, led community mental health initiatives, and offered therapy to those who couldn’t access it otherwise. My work reflects a belief in inclusive care and meaningful connection—healing not just one-on-one, but within communities.
